Mixed Martial Arts zone complete

The last few weeks have actually gone totally to plan, so this has been great to see what a great team we have.

This is now the time we start seeing all the things come together and I must admit it’s all starting to look better than we had even imagined.

The Mixed Martial Arts zone is now pretty much complete, apart from the hanging of the bags, speed balls plus some tidying up.
I have attached a picture for you to have a look at.

Got a great feeling about the new facility and with nearly 200 people signing up before we have openeed, this is a great sign of things to come.
There are some really exciting announcements coming up over the following weeks, where we will be introducing new coaches and intitiatvies which will ensure Five Star Health and Fitness is the leading facility around.

Tim, will be updating you next on the Strength and Cardio zones which are currently being completed this week.

Don’t forget there is an open day this weekend- Saturday 21st where you can come down and walk around the facility. There will also be some taster sessions to get your ready for the opening on August 1st.
